It’s absolutely insane that you drive 30 minutes to get here and they tell you that they don’t do the service. It’s clearly on their website. So frustrated with these guys.

We had picked up a large order from another location, unfortunately the mulch that we picked up there had mold in it. This location apologized for the inconvenience and promptly exchanged the palette at no cost. In & out in about 10 minutes. Mistakes happen, but they made sure to make it right - with a good attitude & I appreciated that.

This location was happy to exchange the palette of mulch at no charge and apologized for the inconvenience. Pulled through and got exactly what we needed- in about 10 minutes we were out the gate.
