Small business with lots of great product! The staff is super friendly, and I appreciated the free samples. Really nice experience.
Don’t come here when the owners are there they are very rude and will profile you I always come in there later in the day when the owners aren’t there and have no issue this time I went it apparently I took to long looking at lashes and going back and forth so the owner wanted to come and rush me didn’t even give me the lashes when I wanted to continue shopping usually they give me the lashes no issue
Zero stars if I could, this place has the absolute worst customer service! They never open the doors when they are supposed to and then have the nerve to have an attitude when questioned about the time they actually open. I sat outside and watched the worker sit in the car eating and giggling when she should have been opening the business for the day… I will never go back. 2/18/25
its hard to try NEW things or have knowledge of products when the employees don’t use or know anything about the products.Maybe hire someone who uses the products or know different hair types to recommend which products to even use.they simply are there to ring you up with no knowledge or understanding of anything they sell
