***DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE HERE*** We thought we did our due diligence by touring, we were only shown the “best” areas of the facility. Our Mom was admitted on a Friday night, from the hospital. The room Mom was in was sub standard to what we saw during the tour. The admitting nurse complained to us she wasn’t happy having to stay over for the admission. Entire therapy dpt. Is outstanding especially Leslie. Aliyah the patient experience director made me feel welcomed from the start, and stayed by my side throughout my stay and addressed my concerns in a timely manner. Nurses are good with taking care of their patients adequately. CNAs are a hit and miss. Some are outstanding and some need to find another career. The food is decent and they're working on improving that department. Administrative department have all been helping in their specialized area to meet my needs. All ... read more

IF YOU WANT YOUR LOVED ONE TO HEAL OR THRIVE (OR LIVE!), DO NOT LET THEM ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PLACE!! My grandmother died in their “care”. They told us she just stopped breathing during her shower (at 10 PM?!). That being the very first shower they had ever given her since she arrived a couple months prior. We had to get Hospice to come bathe her, because the staff refused. That’s how I know Hospice had already bathed her in the afternoon on the day she died.
