I stopped looking for a birth photographer once I found Nicole’s portfolio on her website. As a fine art photographer and educator, I would not hire just anyone with a camera. Nicole is a certified Doula as well and although we did not hire her as a doula she used her knowledge and experience to navigate our birth space. Nicole is a true healer and artist. She was my Doula and photographer for my first birth which I did a home birth. She was literally the best pain management system I could ever imagine. It was like having an angel sitting behind me. Nicole is AMAZING!!! I cannot thank her Enough for my entire birth experience. Everybody should have a Nicole at their birth. She recommended a fantastic midwife that I switched to at 37 weeks without her and Nicole combined my VBAC would not have been possible. Nicole gave me comfort when I otherwise would have been scared, helped me labor at home instead of rushing to the hospital so I was able to spend a full day longer at home than I otherwise would have.
