Don't waste your money going to Jessica at Living Beautifully Spa. I went to her for permanent eyeliner and she is most inept. I Paid more than $400 with no visible results. When I returned for an evaluation of the non-results, , she was very defensive and tried to blame the poor results on ME instead of taking responsibility for her poor performance.
