I found Dalena last year, 2023, from a friend's Facebook post. I was mess. Chronic pain, migraines, inconsistent sleep. Just tired all the time. I didn't understand then that I was carrying the stress and trauma of the years before. I booked a consultation wanting to feel better and loose some weight.
