Kevin and his staff did a wonderful job at taking care of me. I don't usually get manicures as my job requires too much typing. The pedicures I've always loved. This time, I went in for wedding nails and got acrylics and shellac pedicure. Everything was perfect! I had many questions as I don't typically get my nails done. I went in on 10/31/23 and got dip on my nails. Exactly 1 week later on 11/7/23 three of my nails had already chipped. I called and explained to the front desk associate what happened and he told me they could only fix the chipped nails if it was within 7 days of my initial service and he insisted my service had been 8 days ago. From 10/31 to 11/7 is 7 days exact! He then proceeded to tell me the reason my nails chipped was because I type on the computer too much… I will not be returning

I’ve been coming here for a year to get mani and pedi and today it’s closed 6/24/23 at 12:30pm. I’m not for sure what’s going on but guessing like the other review this nail salon is gone out of business.
