Updating my review because they did not send my subscription replacement pads on time either of the 2 times I was due for them. When I asked to cancel the subscription I was told I would have to pay them the full value of the device to cancel before 1 year. This was NOT in the terms and conditions. They continued to charge me and in a 1 year period I only received 1 of the 4 subscription packages.
