As clinical as therapy might seem, Livia creates a loving and embracing atmosphere for the work I as a client want to experience while being in a vulnerable place. I have felt as though her guidance has always been backed by her outstanding education and experience, without it feeling like going to visit a doctor. I couldn’t recommend a better person to work with to further your own personal growth.
I saw Livia for 16 sessions. It's difficult to quantify how much she helped me get through a seriously challenging time with my family and partner. Her approach is personable and kind. She clearly has more experience than the psychologists I visited previously. And seriously useful that she also speaks Spanish for those moments when I would struggle to find the right word.
