I had a wonderful experience at Livi. I took my daughter here for her Physical exam and The staff was Lovely, especially the front desk. She was very pleasant.

Apparently their office is expanding, but what’s the point of expanding if the wait time is still the same. Dr. Uzo needs to learn to be on time at the office. How are you going to schedule patients for a certain time, but you as the provider arrive much later?? No wonder the waiting room is busy. Free advise: Hire another provider so you don’t lose your current patients and get a bad reputation in our community and lose future patients.

I am still awaiting a follow up from blood test from a sick patient visit. After 2 weeks I called office I was informed doctor had not reviewed, which is required before loading into portal. Thankfully, rep loaded without divot review and results were alarming. Still no call from doctor 1 month later.

We absolutely love Livi Family Medicine. Dr. ND is our primary care physician for our entire family, and we’ve even referred friends to him. He consistently goes above and beyond and genuinely cares about his patients. Highly recommend!
