Professional and kind people, with every visit. Staff actually answers the phone, my appointments have been timely and Dr Uzo is awesome along with the staff.

Frustrating Experience — Appointment Times Not Respected I scheduled an appointment for today at 9:30- and arrived on time, but ended up waiting over 30 minutes, so I asked the receptionist to cancel my appointment. This wasn’t a one-time issue — it seems like appointments here are more of a suggestion than an actual schedule. If you value your time, this office might not be the best choice. I've attempted to make an appointment at this office twice now, and each time there has been an issue. The first time, the young man I spoke with repeatedly asked me the same questions. I'm not sure if he couldn't hear me properly or if he just wasn't equipped to handle my request, but he sounded frustrated. Before I knew it, the call was disconnected, and I never received a callback.
