Arrived to my scheduled appointment to be told that the “ doctors were not in the office today “. I showed the front desk staff proof of my appointment date and time. She claims patients were contacted. I was never contacted. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional to cancel appointments and not notify the patient. Total disregard for patients time. UPDATE - Yes. I have continued going to this practice largely because of the convenience of the location, but unfortunately, my experience with their prescription management has become extremely frustrating and concerning. This has been an ongoing issue. Whenever one of my prescriptions needs to be refilled, I repeatedly have to contact the office and follow up to get it handled.
