Cancelled my membership within the cooling period (2 days) because I was travelling. Never heard back, never got the refund for a full month membership despite following the procedure and removing my name and requesting for it to be cancelled. Can’t get through anyone on the contact details listed on the page and left very unsatisfied. Sent several messages that were unanswered and extremely dissapointed by the customer service of the gym.

Never called me back
Very good gym for strength training. I've been a member for about a year now having weekly PT sessions with Zac Fryer and would definitely recommend it for friends and family. Very convenient location in Nedlands, free parking, open 24/7, clean and organized, Kash and all staff are lovely.
