Livfit is exactly what I was looking for! I've always enjoyed working out with an instructor and the classes at Livfit are amazing! The instructors are extremely knowledgable and truly want to work with each individual to help them reach their fitness goals. Thank you Courtney for opening this fabulous fitness center just in time to tackle our New Years resolutions!

LivFit Nation is a phenomenal place to go and get a great workout! They have amazing, attentive and friendly instructors! They are lots of classes and there are a great variety that fits everyone’s workout needs/desires. I will be going to as many classes as I can! I love LivFit Nation!!!

This new studio in the community is warm and welcoming for all shapes and sizes. The studio is well lit, easy to get to and there is plenty of parking. There is a great variety of classes on the schedule too! I highly recommend.

The staff are the best of the best! The place is clean, modern and always changing ...for the better! The latest in fitness . The environment is so friendly and amazing! A true gem to have in our small town!
