I came to Tim at LivFit by way of Muscle Systems Specialist, Jay Weitzner, co-founder of Symmetry Exercise Clinic in Naples, FL. A friend who was helped by Jay recommended that I see him for my shoulder pain. She said he would tell me upfront if he could help me and not waste my time. I have been going to Tim for a couple of weeks now, and I can honestly say I have never felt better. I had alot of weakness on the entire right side of my body, specifically in my hip, core, and shoulder. From working with Tim, my hips and core have become close to no problem!
