I've been going to LivFit for about 2 years now and it's a great facility to get a solid workout in. I split my time between here and a gym a little closer to my work but when I'm here I feel right at home, the atmosphere is great and the employees are even better! I've been a member at a few different gyms and while yes the after work rush can get busy, all the members are respectful of everyone's space and time on the machines, I've found this to not be the case at most other gyms I've been a member of.
Our new go-to gym since we've moved to listowel. We love it and are so happy we came across LivFit. Friendly atmosphere, TONS of space inside, and a lot of bathrooms and changerooms. Lot of different machines and exercise rooms, good cardio equipment, and 2 water fountains. Would recommend to anyone no doubt but if I had to make some suggestions, a water bottle filling station and a hip-thrust machine would make this the perfect gym.
My cousin has a gym membership there and he wanted me to come along and the staff are more then happy to let you have your first day free and I enjoyed it very much and they also have a very good selection of machines.
The gym is outstanding, with a clean and well-maintained environment. The owners are highly accommodating and demonstrate great understanding, making it a pleasant place to work out. Highly recommended!
