Professional friendly service Highly recommend
Dr. Benjamin J. Gaffey at first he made me feel comfortable but when it came to the time of the removal of my braces. I arise a concern, he spoke of his profession & that he knows better then I & he continued to remove my braces when my teeth weren’t straight. His actions left me in shock, I am very upset as I spent $8,500 on braces for my teeth to remain crooked. I’m disappointed & heart broken.
Orthodontist was rude, didn’t seem interested in the right choice for my teeth and I cried once I left my appointment. Me and my family have been going to livewire for over 10 years and never had any problems, since the practice being sold recently and one 5 minute appointment later I’m never going back. So impressed. The staff are great even before you see Ben. This man knows how to make the whole experience for kids amusing, easy to understand & follow directions. As parents we thought he was great. Ben spoke 'to' our son & not about him as though he wasn't there . We were involved throughout as well. Can't speak highly enough.
These guys are so professional. 2 of my children have had braces here and have nothing negative to say about them. Appointments are always running on time and quality of braces and work done is fantastic
