Shane is an awesome instructor! Everyday is a new day and it's fun! The workouts are always tough but rewarding at the end. Great group of people! Really liking the core energy class at rosemeade rec center!
Fun instructors and great variety of workouts that can be modified to fit any/all fitness levels. My favorite part is getting to know all the other boot campers because going to bootcamp is the best way to start the day surrounded by positive people!
