When I first went to see Crystal for my back pain it was excruciating. I was using a cane, the pain had moved all the way down my leg and it felt like I was going to fall. I couldn't walk, I couldn't stand. I couldn't sit down. I kept getting up and down in the waiting room trying to find a comfortable position to wait a couple of minutes. Excellent services and caring team. Chris & Crystal Longo have helped both my husband and myself for different health challenges and goals. Chris is very knowledgeable and continues to help me strengthen my body. With his expertise and guidance my knees and hips do not have pain any longer and he continues to educate me on proper posture and strength training strategies to help avoid future injuries as I age. Wish I would have engaged with a team and program like this years ago. Thank you both for your care and guidance.
