Very clean, pleasant staff, and great machines. Local center used by several. They have personal training, aqua classes, senior classes, physical therapy,and cardiac rehab.

Best kept secret in Christian County. I got involved with them originally through Quad-County Healthcare. Everything you could ask for: great staff, big variety of classes, clean, and affordable. Whatever your health need or level you are at they will take great care of you.
