Livewell provides best respite and permanent care for those who needed their service. Livewell always goes above and beyond to assist their clients.
Live Well have proved to be untruthful, unreliable, unprofessional and uncaring. After encouraging us to give notice to our previous provider and My Aged Care and to recruit workers we were ghosted by them. No calls or messages answered. It was left to another service to tell us we had been refused. No reason given. This has left us in a dreadful and untenable situation which they have totally ignored.
