Beware of this company, they are dishonest to my nephew. My nephew is traumatised by the way this company operates. They promised him the world , accomodation and carers. My nephew gave notice to where he was living and now has no house or new carers. His parents are elderly and wanted to make sure he was being taken care of but now that’s not the case. I’ve had a good experience with Livewell SDA in St. Albans. The place feels comfortable, and the units are set up in a way that actually makes life easier—wide spaces, easy access, and a calm environment. The Support workers here are very friendly and kind. Overall, it feels like a safe, comfortable place to live, and I’m really grateful for the support I get here.
The two directors of the Livewell David and Nohan, have proven themselves of unethically NDIS behaviour. Seven months ago they offered me a home, I signed the letter of offer. I was honest with them from the beginning and everything is documented via emails. Then I had to wait for the house to be registered under NDIS. They treat my mother with dignity and kindness, and they always keep me updated on her daily routines. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the well-being of the people they serve.
