Finding LiveWell counseling was a true gift. My doctor and therapist are down the hall from each other and are collaborative with each other and me with my care. You should also be aware by being on the same campus as Gracepoint Partial hospitalization program and the inpatient facility Ramapo Ridge *if* ever you need a little bit more care or are having an exceptionally hard time you can bring it to the attention of your doctor and or counselor and know that there is a safe place you can go to that you can trust and receive... read more

Wanted to get therapy and medication management here as a returning patient yesterday and Aniely from the intake department stated Carly and jalandon don’t want me as a returning patient but referring but to st Joseph hospital. I asked her to provide me in writing that these two providers are referring me out in email and more informatiom about st joes.. never got that email, then I also I asked aniely why she took down my insurance info and demographics if they couldn’t provide services for me. This is the most disorganized organization. You can never get through to anyone to schedule, change, or cancel appointments. In the portal I am scheduled for appointments I never agreed to, meanwhile the one that I did schedule is not there. The Psychiatrist does not follow through on necessary paperwork. Overall, a very poor experience.

They are the most un christian people, my daughter registered and they just drop her without even explaining or calling, all they care is money.... very unchristian, at least have the decency of calling before the appointment.
