This is the most disorganized organization. You can never get through to anyone to schedule, change, or cancel appointments. In the portal I am scheduled for appointments I never agreed to, meanwhile the one that I did schedule is not there. The Psychiatrist does not follow through on necessary paperwork. Overall, a very poor experience.
They are the most un christian people, my daughter registered and they just drop her without even explaining or calling, all they care is money.... very unchristian, at least have the decency of calling before the appointment.
I have a Psychiatrist who is negligent. She doesn’t listen. I told her, I would like to be “re-evaluated for my Bipolar, as I was diagnosed at 17. My hormones were fluctuating & I had no fully developed prefrontal cortex for properly stopping impulses. ” She DOES NOT WANT TO HEAR IT. I said, my boyfriend says I can’t sit still, we get into nightly fights. Told her, “I would like to re-visit my diagnoses when I was younger on ADHD.” She puts me on Depakote, & tells me I CANT GET PREGNANT WITHOUT ASKING IF I WAS TRYING TO GET ... read more
