I have a Psychiatrist who is negligent. She doesn’t listen. I told her, I would like to be “re-evaluated for my Bipolar, as I was diagnosed at 17. My hormones were fluctuating & I had no fully developed prefrontal cortex for properly stopping impulses. ” She DOES NOT WANT TO HEAR IT. I did not like the front office staff. I straightened out my insurance before I came in and even emailed my cards. The woman at the front desk still asked me for a payment and I had to explain again, which was annoying. Then the tall guy came over and questioned me about my insurance and asked me if it was active. Also, the location was out of the way and Uber drivers had a problem finding the address. Not sure if I will be returning.
