I am absolutely disgusted by the way my family and my dog were treated. We arrived at Livewell at 9:55 PM, five minutes before their posted 10:00 PM closing time, while my dog was experiencing what we believed to be a medical emergency. The front door was already locked, so the receptionist had to unlock it just to speak with us. Instead of providing care or even having the veterinarian assess whether my dog was stable, we were simply told they were closed, the doctor was leaving, and that we would have to go somewhere else... read more
