This gym is a place blessed by the Holy Spirit. I have been going here for almost a year, and I can say I am MUCH stronger and better than before. I'm not just talking physically, but spiritually and mentally as well. It is a Christ like community. If you are looking to grow physically, and in your walk with Christ, this is the place to be.
Over the past 3 years of me attending this place to train athletically. I’ve learned so much and developed into another beast I never imagined. Working with Torrey and Darren who are some of the best humble and charactered men I’ve met while transitioning from a highschool to a college athlete has been by far the best thing for me. Train here and I’d guarantee you become something you never imagined. Great trainers. Top tier equipment and it’s only getting better. More and more developments on the way!
