I booked my car in for a full service and mot at Livery Dole Exeter through Book my Garage. On collection I did not get a works data sheet in fact I received no paper work at all regarding the full service. The car had not been jet washed the wheels had not been removed during the service there was grubby oil hand marks on the engine cover and the wind screen washer bottle had not been topped up so god knows what else they missed. Car went in for a service & mot a couple weeks ago. A fault has showed up on the fix that they should have done. Car has come out worse then when it went in. Gone in to query it & the guy has got aggressive & didn’t want to acknowledge anything other then he was right. Got aggressive & threatened to squash my partner in the forecourt. Absolutely disgusting behaviour & would not recommend using this place!!!!!

I really didn’t want to write this but since dealing with after sales and the service department at Livery Dole they have finally pushed me to leave a review I really didn’t want to. I bought a VW Caddy from this garage and paid strong money for it as I wanted the piece of mind buying from a dealership but quite honestly I wish now I had bought privately.
