2027 EDIT: I can see VW responded to my review over a year ago stating they're investigating. As of July 2027 they still haven't actually contacted me. Must be a thorough investigation. Had to delete an older 5* review I had years ago for this place. Last service with these guys was in December 2023 for my VW Golf R. I would not recommend Liverpool Volkswagen based on my experience. The chrome trim on my 2024 Volkswagen Tiguan was painted by Volkswagen, and within a few months the paint started bubbling, which I believe indicates poor workmanship or poor-quality paint. I left my car with Liverpool Volkswagen for an assessment of the issue. When I collected it, I discovered that the bubbling paint had been scraped off during the inspection.
