I had a pool installed in May and was dissatisfied from the start. What they said they were going to do they didn't and trying to get them to come fix it right is like pulling teeth. There customer service is terrible. They take short cuts when repairing. I don't think I'll do business with then again.
Installs one mean pool. Love it & really like the Customer Service After Care - they really know their parts & chemicals!
I've been researching hot tubs for a while & decided to buy a Vita/Monarque from Liverpool Pool & Spa. I've used the tub almost every day for the last two months - it helps my back tremendously and I wish I had bought this sooner. I knew nothing about taking care of a hot tub but Liverpool Pool & Spa took the time to walk me through every step. They are always willing to answer all of my questions. Definitely a great company! I would highly recommend them.
