Awesome service! I had an aboveground pool put in this May from Liverpool Pool & Spa and have had nothing but positive experiences with them. The installers who built my pool were at my house when they said they would be and the service person who gave me my demo on the pool was very patient in answering ALL of my questions. Liverpool Pool & Spa Inc is A+ in my book Very helpful! I purchased my new house this summer and it had a pool. I was completely clueless at first. The Dewitt staff took their time and covered all of the basics and any questions I had. My pool was clean & clear within a short time and it was easy to maintain thanks to their advice. A+ company.
Different Experience at Liverpool Pools I have shopped for supplies at Liverpool in Dewitt, and have found it to be horrible. The people there are very arrogant, and talk down to you even when you have owned your pool for over twenty years! Anyone can get supplies at stores like Wal-Mart if they want. You go to a specialty store for quality and advice. Stay clear of Liverpool and Cannon too. They are both hard to deal with. I shop now at Tarson's and have found it to be a much better overall experience.
Very Impressive Company My wife & I purchased a hot tub last fall. After doing mths of research & visiting many different local companies, we decided to purchase a Vita spa from Liverpool Pool & Spa. From the salesman who was very friendly & knowledgeable, to the delivery crew, to the staff who test our water and answer all our chemical questions in the store - they are truly professionals.
