This guy is brill had a number of treatments would recommend
Mike is great at what he does. My back is much better
I had 5/6 sessions. Mike is a really nice guy but I didn’t find the treatments that effective. I was looking for pressure point therapy rather than a few cracks of my back. The assessment at the start of the sessions just seemed a bit vague and I’m not convinced he knew the root cause of the problem which has now been identified and on the way to treatment with a sports massage therapist/physio. Just my honest review in case anyone else is also looking for trigger point firm massage, this service isn’t quite it.
