Took my car in for service at Liverpool Nissan. Sam Papas and the boys at the service reception area really went above and beyond. Friendly energetic and genuine car enthusiasts. Recieved great communication from service assistant manager Madison as well. Great team and fabulous customer service, keep up the good work, five stars.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. If i could give a minus review i would. Ordered a new infotainment unit it’s been almost a year and they keep pushing the date back. This is for a Nissan Qashqai 2025 with a screen that’s peeling which shouldn’t even be happening in the first place. Absolutely ridiculous. I now have to order the same thing for another Qashqai 2025 So hopefully, I will receive it during my lifetime. You can only have so much patience!!!!

Left my 'still under warranty nissan in the workshop for all day to check the noise prob in the machine and brake, waste of time, nothing solve the prob still exist. I give 1 star for the CS who nice enough to allow walk in service.
