Left my 'still under warranty nissan in the workshop for all day to check the noise prob in the machine and brake, waste of time, nothing solve the prob still exist. I give 1 star for the CS who nice enough to allow walk in service.

They never answer the phone, they don't respond to voicemail, they screw up ordering parts and keep your car for weeks, and they don't pay their debts on time. Utterly garbage.
Very disappointing experience with Nissan Liverpool’s service department. I attempted to contact the dealership multiple times regarding ongoing issues with my vehicle, leaving voicemails and calling on several occasions without receiving any response or follow-up. Communication and customer service have been extremely poor throughout the process. I eventually had to send a friend to follow up in person regarding my car because I couldn’t get through to anyone.
