I recently purchased the Pro Quip Get Bent Flexi Pourer Diesel online, but unfortunately, it was the incorrect item. I contacted the seller over the phone to resolve the issue, but they were extremely rude and uncooperative. When I went to pick up the item, they refused to provide a refund or exchange, simply stating "bad luck." Their attitude and behavior were completely unacceptable, and I would strongly advise against purchasing from this seller in the future.
