Dr Goyal never runs on time. They start taking appointments as early as 9.20am while he only arrives at the centre around 10.30am so you’re always guaranteed to be waiting. Today, my daughter’s appointment was for 9.50am and currently 1.45pm and we are still in the waiting room. In all the years I’ve been attending this practice I’ve never only waited anything less and 2.5 hours to be seen by Dr Goyal. Today was a minimum of 4 hours and still waiting. On Feb 2025, at Liverpool medical centre Receptionist Margaret charged me extra. I had appointment of my Vaccination, she charged me for vaccine and doctor consultation fee as well when I asked her I didn't visit gp why you charging me consultation fee she said because doctor Singh prescribed you Vaccination..I was not ready to pay extra but she was stuck on her statement..when I came home after payment of both( gp visit and vaccine dose) I saw on their site it's clearly mentioned that all immunisation appointment will be bu... read more
Dr Goyal and the team have been excellent professionals medical services providers to our family for 26 years. The best!
I went to medical centre but they did not accepted a new patient, beside that the receptionist was rude while I was talk she pick it the phone and ignored me that was very disrespectful
