I’d recommend literally any other brand when shopping for a new car…Don’t buy a Mazda, their ‘5 Year, Unlimited Kilometer Warranty’ only applies to faults that are easy and cheap to fix. Our BT-50 (2.5 years old, just over 60 000km; work vehicle) had a catastrophic fuel pump failure, causing the vehicle to stop on the highway on 29/6/25…7/9 and the car is still sitting in the dealer service centre. Took my car in for first service. Below average service (and they didn't have to do much to it either). I had Justin - Advisor (?) - I don't think he really cared what I was asking or saying about my car. Not a good experience and if this is an indication of the next 5 years - I am concerned. I wish I bought a Toyota from Peter Warren where I got my last car serviced. Other than the refreshments in your waiting room, the whole experience was a let down. So disappointing. What happened to this place..?

I had a very poor and unwelcoming experience here. Initially, I had a good conversation with the finance manager and a sales representative (won’t mention names). I was promised a call back, but despite following up with messages, I never heard back. I waited over a week for a trade-in valuation that was never sent to me. Had I been informed earlier, I could have sold my car privately instead of wasting time and energy waiting.
