I took my Mazda 2020 4CX 60 as I had an issue with my rain sensor as it wasn’t responding accurately. I had the worst experience of my life. Firstly, the technician is very dry to deal with. Secondly Mazda said my rain sensor is faulty and it needs to be fully replaced for $300. They said it will not be covered under warranty because my car has been tampered with. Had been thinking of getting a new Mazda SUV. Was up early to see what I could find on the lot. Changed my mind after hearing staff at the back screaming and yelling at each other. The extended horn honking it put me off. Think I'll look elsewhere.
