Can get very busy midday
Very friendly and helpful staff. I was picking up my dogs meds, I only had to wait about 5 mins even though it was busy. Can fault them
Oh EMERGENCY phone line for over an hour, with the recording of that woman screeching at me, repeating options over and over again. NO ANSWER no veterinarian advise, I guess it’s just fingers crossed and what my puppy eat will pass through naturally. No point having an emergency number if it’s never answered, STOP THAT recording, you only need to hear it ONCE, after that it becomes painful and that awful screeching voice is unbearable.
Friendly staff who are always helpful. Make sure you leave a donation, they deserve it.
