We have been enrolled at KinderCare for a few weeks now and so far everything is going great. The teachers have been so welcoming and make me feel comfortable dropping off my little one everyday. In addition, management is always friendly and willing to address any concerns. I was nervous after looking at the ocfs website about a few recent violations but I was ensured that it’s just a hiccup and everything is being addressed and fixed.
We visited this center and put our son on a waiting list about a year ago. He got a spot but we ended up getting him into a better daycare that’s closer to where we live. We told Kindercare that we wouldn’t be bringing our son there well before he was supposed to start. Since then, we have been getting harassed with all kinds of emails and text messages saying we owed them money. We are two weeks into our baby girl being at KinderCare & things have been going great! She seems so happy at drop off & pick up everyday. Miss Alyssa & Miss Amber in the infant room have been so amazing, they keep us updated multiple times a day through the app with photos, care updates, & notes about the fun things the infant class has done for the day. We were so nervous about leaving our littles in daycare but Liverpool KinderCare has completely eased our worries. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive and the teachers are warm and welcoming, specifically Amber and Alyssa in the infant room. We receive daily updates with pictures and notes about our baby's day, which we love. We can't recommend Kindercare enough to any parent looking for a loving and nurturing environment for their infant.
