Zero Stars if I could........ Being discharged from Campbelltown ED to Liverpool Emergency .......i wish we could have returned to Campbelltown - you need a Plastics department Campbelltown !! Nurses are lovely but don't forget your surroundings - speaking about patients to colleagues negatively and in ear shot of that patient is completely unacceptable!! Just came back from the ED, my baby caught a viral virus and everyone was the sweetest and so quick in helping us. The new ED looks great and every nurse and doctors are doing their best to help everyone. All the medical staff are angels on earth. Thank you so much for showing up every single day and saving lives.
The FIVE stars is for a lovely nurse named Cassie who made me feel very cared for, she was very sweet, even with the long overnight shift she worked i could imagine how tiring it would have been but she still kept a beautiful energy and didn’t give off any attitude & annoyed vibes like some nurses do leaving the patient uncomfortable when we’re already waiting long hours ourselves and uncomfortable waiting in the emergency room.
