I dropped my wife off at the ER at 6:40pm on a Friday night and it was rammed, yet they only had one triage nurse on which is absolutely ridiculous! It took 40 minutes for my wife just to get triaged and she came in with chest pains!
It was a terrible service. They forced me to stay for 9 hours and I didn't get any results. I wouldn't recommend anyone come here. The medical staff, from the doctors to the nurses, are very bad.
This hospital provides extremely poor service. We have had to constantly ask and push just to get basic tests done staff rarely come to check on us proactively. It took almost two days to schedule an appendectomy, even though the first doctor we saw clearly said surgery was necessary. If the hospital is unable to provide timely care, patients should be referred elsewhere immediately not after more than a day of waiting.
