I would like to thank everyone from the ER to the respiratory ward for saving my elderly father. The ER nurses, you are such special people. A special mention to a young Indian nurse. I think her name was Anne. You are an angel. Thank you all so very much, you make a difference in peoples lives and you are so appreciated.
Extremely disappointed with my experience at this hospital. From the moment I walked in, the staff at the front desk seemed disorganized and uninterested. I had an appointment, but still ended up waiting over two hours with no clear communication about the delay. The nurses were rushed and barely took the time to explain what was going on. When I finally saw the doctor, it felt like he was in a hurry to move on to the next patient. They are doing very late for emergencies service they need more improvements
I was in ICU over Christmas and the treatment I received saved my life. Drs, nurses and staff were all professional, kind and caring. I was absolutely amazed at how thorough they were. Exceptionally great medical care was provided to me, with kindness & compassion.
How are you expected to sleep in a broken recliner while waiting for surgery the next day with staff ignoring you when you ask for Panadol (got in at 4pm now 1am and was only given 1 lot of Panadol) not to mention I asked for a pillow to help me get comfortable to sleep I was told no and to “deal with what I have”… what kind of unprofessionalism do you hold yourself too?
