Prof Dominic Leung’s perseverance saved me having open heart surgery by placing 2 x stents in my LAD (widow maker artery). The procedure was complicated due to over 90% blockages being at junctions. His competence & perseverance was applauded to me from other doctors & nurses present. This was approximately 15 years ago. The worst experience ever with one of the female doctors, who was trying so hard to persuade me to agree that there’s heart disease in my family when there’s none, and she prescribed medication with serious side effects after seeing my health file that I didn’t need those meds…and to top it off she wrote my father had died of a heart attack after I had told her that my father had died in a car accident.
