The staff are friendly polite and are always keeping you updated on what’s happening with procedures and checks. Visiting hours are 8am until 8pm which I found helpful for some of the family members who work shifts. The building inside is clean and tidy. Toilets were also clean. Outside is also nice and tidy.

What a fantastic hospital, all the staff are absolutely brilliant, extremely knowledgeable and supportive. Was in Liverpool Heart Chest for 5 days and honestly everybody made it so smooth. I would like to thank Dr Julius and Dr Mayhew massively for their direct work but also would like to thank everyone I had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with at the hospital, what a fantastic team in a brilliant facility. Thank you guys so much for the help
