I really want to acknowledge the Outstanding Staff at Brunswick Redwood: 1. MS. Melissa Born: In October 2025, I stopped in the office to see if I could get some touch up paint. I had brought in two containers that I had gotten at Lowes. The containers were huge, it was the smallest I could find in the Paint section. Ms. Melissa was so kind to provide two smaller containers and to ask the maintenance team to provide the touch up paint. I would like to recognize the staff at Reswood Valley City for excellent customer service! I worked with Leigh M in particular who was very friendly, informative, and made me feel welcomed into my new home. I moved from NC to Ohio and she made my transition very easy! I appreciate her and the entire staff at this property. Everyone was friendly and good customer service is hard to find.
Great service
I assumed it would take a several days to get a replace drawer for my refrigerator. The maintenance crew surprised me again and had one available. Couldn’t ask for a better bunch of guys when I need a problem in the apartments fixed.
