Great clinic! The staff was very nice and friendly, the doctors were very caring and professional, and everything went smoothly. I will definitely be coming back, I highly recommend!
I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist at this clinic. She was rude, unprofessional, and completely unpredictable in how she spoke to me. There was no courtesy or basic respect in the way she interacted with patients. On top of that, she failed to remind me to bring my Medicare card and healthcare card before the appointment, which caused unnecessary stress and delay. Scheduled an appointment at 5p. Checked in with receptionist. Waited for two hours until I could wait no longer due to work obligations. Quite possibly the worst service I've received. I've received better service in third world countries. I would steer clear of this place. Stay far, far away.
I had a scheduled appointment today at for surgical dressing changes at 12:00 PM. Despite arriving on time, I was forced to wait an entire hour without updates or acknowledgment. When the pain from my unaddressed surgical site became unbearable, I had no choice but to leave and seek care at another clinic. When I asked staff why the delay occurred, I was dismissively told, “We’re busy today.” This is unacceptable.
