Very disappointing experience with Dr Ashraf. I waited more than 10 days just to get an appointment. When I finally saw him, I was rushed out of the consultation in less than 10 minutes. I barely had time to explain my symptoms. I only started talking about my shoulder pain before he stopped the conversation and said there were other patients waiting. I did not feel listened to or properly examined. Waiting more than 10 days for such a short and dismissive consultation was very frustrating.

I want to make it clear that the doctor is excellent, professional, and very caring. My complaint is only about the front desk staff. Their attitude was disrespectful, unprofessional, and made an already stressful situation much worse. New patients deserve clear communication and basic courtesy, especially when they arrive early and follow instructions. I hope the clinic management addresses this issue, because the quality of the medical care is wonderful, but the behavior of the reception staff does not reflect that
