I found the dream dress I didn’t know about. I attended one of the sample sales with the intention of just browsing… three dresses in and I found the one. My Bridal Assistant Connie was so incredible, welcoming and she just knew what I’d like so pulled me a dress she thought I’d like and she was bang on the money. I had high hopes for this bridal boutique after reading so many positive reviews online, but sadly my experience was very different. I didn’t feel comfortable during my appointment, as the staff offered little guidance or advice, which I found surprising given their profession. Choosing a wedding dress can feel overwhelming, and I expected more support to help make it an exciting experience. Instead, I honestly couldn’t wait to leave the shop. I left feeling massively let down and disappointed.
I could not recommend Liverpool Bridal Boutique more!! From the moment you walk into the shop everyone is so welcoming and friendly, all the girls are happy to give advice and make you feel special when shopping for your dress. Two of my best friends bought their dresses from here, so when I started looking I knew I had to visit. I booked an appointment with Kim at LBB after an amazing experience with my sister when she picked her wedding dress. Kim did not disappoint, she was attentive, listened to everything I had to say and really helped me choose a dress that was perfect! I was really nervous about picking a wedding dress and Kim made the whole process so easy! The girls in the shop were wonderful too and I couldn’t recommend LBB any more if I tried ❤️ we had to get a piccy with Kim as she helped us both find our dream wedding dresses!
We went to Liverpool Bridal Boutique last Saturday and had the most amazing experience start to finish. We were greeted by a very friendly and welcoming team and were looked after by Kim. Everyone was amazing and Kim made it such a fun, special and relaxed experience. Kim helped me find my dream wedding dress and I can’t recommend her and the rest of the staff enough.
