Had a great experience with my service advisor Jose, I needed my car serviced and had no appt but Jose took me in without one, he’s always very friendly and helpful and takes care of multiple of my cars, it was an overall great experience and I was able to be out of there within an hr 30 mins.
Such a disappointing service from Tawney Martin I had check engine light on brought for diagnostic she took 4 hours to just do a diagnostic and then she said come back to get approval from Toyota And I’ll call you back 7 days past but nobody called me, when I came back she was just my technician is not here come back tmr I’m working too So right now I’m here she’s not even working, definitely a unprofessional employee of service department and I’ll never recommend anyone to get the service with her
