I booked the 120k-mile Value Service online. I opted out of nine selectable add-ons from the package menu checklist and kept only three optional services. At drop-off, I signed off on the estimate. It refers to a 120K Value Service “per attached menu checklist,” but no checklist was provided indicating any changes to what I had booked. Great service and customer care! My service advisor, Dean, was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. Before I even brought my Outback in, I discussed a few concerns with him over the phone, and he took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. Once I arrived, Dean went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I highly recommend this place and service advisor Dean. Thank you again, Dean, for the help and great customer service!
5/1 around 5:25pm close to closing for the service department I had gotten an unrepairable flat tire. Luckily I was directly across the dealership at the time. I called and even went directly to the dealership where I first encountered two salesmen looking in my direction, seeing my distress and completely dismissing my need for help.
