This is the second time I’ve been disappointed with their service. I went in yesterday, and not only was the issue not fully addressed, but they didn’t even clear a simple warning light on the dashboard about low wiper fluid. It’s frustrating to pay for service and leave with unresolved basics. Definitely expected more attention to detail.
I want to specifically thank Noah for helping me out. Although everyone there was professional and helpful, Noah went above and beyond assisting me with my issues and I have no issue recommending everyone with a Subaru going to this location. There was also another gentleman at the parts department who assisted me but I wasn’t able to get his name.
Me and my husband were in a search for a specific car and this location happened to have it on their lot. Paid a visit, we were welcomed and assisted by Rebecca, test drive the car, answered all the questions, closed the deal electronically and picked up the car the next day it was cleaned and fueled to full tank of gas. Rebecca attended to all our questions as well via text and call right away, thank you for the great service!!!
