The service center here is the best. I’ve been to quite a few around the bay area. Others are good, but none are great. Avoid the one in Oakland at all cost super appreciative of my service advisor who is able to apply a discount and was super communicative. my car was done really well 100% returning

This is the second time I’ve been disappointed with their service. I went in yesterday, and not only was the issue not fully addressed, but they didn’t even clear a simple warning light on the dashboard about low wiper fluid. It’s frustrating to pay for service and leave with unresolved basics. Definitely expected more attention to detail.
