Great service and customer care! My service advisor, Dean, was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. Before I even brought my Outback in, I discussed a few concerns with him over the phone, and he took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. Once I arrived, Dean went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I highly recommend this place and service advisor Dean. 5/1 around 5:25pm close to closing for the service department I had gotten an unrepairable flat tire. Luckily I was directly across the dealership at the time. I called and even went directly to the dealership where I first encountered two salesmen looking in my direction, seeing my distress and completely dismissing my need for help. Need mind you, I purchased my 2022 WRX with this dealership in 2022. It’s been almost 4 years and they treat returning customers poorly. The service center here is the best. I’ve been to quite a few around the bay area. Others are good, but none are great. Avoid the one in Oakland at all cost super appreciative of my service advisor who is able to apply a discount and was super communicative. my car was done really well 100% returning
