Often quick and easy customer service. I come here often for oem parts however last time i went i asked for a filter and crush washer but they instead gave me a crush washer for an ej instead of the fa which was irritating. Especially after they asked whether or not I have an STi 🤦♂️ super annoying and wasted my time, having to push my schedule back.
Super good customer service and vehicle knowledge. My friends and I came in because our project Subaru WRX and needed transmission fluid and engine oil, and we needed it urgently. Noah was the staff there. We came in and said we had a 2007 WRX and he instantly knew it was the "Hawkeye" model. Instantly he knew how much of each we needed and what we should buy. Then he made sure we had a filter and a drain bolt gasket. Recommended us to also use engine flush to relax the seals and gaskets.
