I am writing to give a GIANT shout out and HUGE “THANK YOU “ to the AWESOME driver of truck number 802 in Livermore this morning, 11-15-19!!!!! I HOPE HE GETS THIS MESSAGE and is RECOGNIZED for going ABOVE and BEYOND his job!! He was so observant of doing his job that he saw my keys left sitting on top of my green receptacle can and took time to get out of his truck and knock on my door to give them to me ( and to try again when I wasn’t answering my door on the first drive-by). Our garbage was not picked up on Wednesday, January 3. They missed 2 houses on our street, our house and the house next door. I contacted customer service by phone and email. Was told the garbage would be picked up the next day, January 4. It was not picked up. Called and emailed customer service again and was assured it will be picked up today, January 5th. I'm not sure what else I can do to get our garbage off the street. It's late afternoon on the 5th and our garbage has still not been picked up. We are a bit frustrated a... read more

Livermore Sanitation needs instructs their drivers to reduce their speeds in residential areas from 50 to 25 mph, especially when kids (and parents) are crossing streets on their way to school.

I really hate that as a multi account owner I can only pay one bill on line. Seems like by now they would have Guest services or One Time Pay tabs on their website page. As much as we pay for services, the website should support paying multiple bills on line.

Your advise not to post signs is rediculous. As someone who goes to garage sales all the time, in a car going down a street we no nothing about, we look for signs with ARROWS. Your suggestion that registering a garage sale only, is enough to have people flock to each sale is not accurate. The reality is that garage salers do NOT take the time to enter everyones GPS coordinates into their mapping software the night before. SIGNS ARE NECESSARY if you want to maximize garage sale traffic.
