Dogs looked like they had gone through hell- lost weight and stunk. Never again- I would recommend staying away.
I would like to give a quick shoutout to our friends at Livermore Ranch Kennels!! In Jan 2017 I ran into some health issues that stopped me from being able to care for my two pups Hank and Zack. 2-3 months later, the manager, Michael Gamache, reached out to me letting me know that I can drop off the boys anytime I wanted and that LRK would be there if I needed anything at all!! We had a last minute trip scheduled over the Thanksgiving holiday, and luckily they had a cancellation and we were able to get our puppy Sasha a spot. We're so happy that we found this place. The staff is very caring and responsible, and took excellent care of her. They posted videos of her playing with the other dogs, so we know that she got lots of exercise and social interaction. Love, love, love Livermore Ranch Kennels!! Can't say enough good things about the facility & staff!! My Loki girl is so well taken care of during her doggie day care visits and her overnight visits. Thank you all so much for taking such awesome, loving care of our fur baby!!
Just picked up our two dogs after a 2+ week stay- the staff here are so great to work with and took great care of our girls. Our Great Dane eats special prescription food and she ran out a few days before we got home- the staff went to her vet and picked up a new bag of the food for her (just added the price to our bill without an additional pickup charge). They just go above and beyond here for their customers! Thank you guys for taking care of Sophie and Cassie!
