Follow-up: Redefine liars and bad business. Not sure what the response, I definitely placed an order for custom shirts and they came in printed backwards the day of an event making them completely unsellable! Even though the design was sent in days ahead and was even double checked in person....somehow the woman helping us printed them all backwards. I had them do postcards and business cards for me. They helped with the design and the printed cards came in earlier than estimated. The price for everything was very fair.
