Livermore Ford service is the worst in the Bay Area. Might as well drive a few miles more and head to Walnut Creek Ford. They charged me close to $1000 for my first service for my Bronco with 7000 miles on it. The Ford recommended service was ~$150, they added on about $800 worth of completely unnecessary dealer service items. I asked them to keep the filters so I could inspect them, and as I suspected, they were very clean and didn't need replacing. There were a bunch of other such completely unnecessary work done.
