The parts department is just that, parts Only. You have to know and understand what you are looking for. I asked for a transponder key and was able to get it cut, but unlike their competitors it's difficult to get it programmed and they never offered the service to either "clone" or program the Key for a replacement key that was lost for a 2004 Taurus.(you need both original keys to DIY program a replacement key, other wise you need a lock smith with specialized equipment) As a parts department I believe they should have kno... read more
