Luis Lanza, Jim, Ron, and the rest of the team are incredible. I’ve been taking my company truck there for 7 years and they’ve always been great, but they also helped my wife and I out when we were in a jam with her vehicle. They went out of their way, above and beyond, to get her taken care of and get her the info she needed. I can’t speak highly enough of Luis and everyone else at Fleet Services.
Louis was awesome. So much easier working with the team at Fleet Service than the guys at the normal Ford.
Called to check stock on a part. I didn't get the guy's name but he was awesome. They didn't have stock at Livermore location, so he checked nearby and found Tracy had 2. For those wondering it was a PCV Valve for my Mustang. Thanks!
Louis Lanza has been the greatest help to me for the past 3 years. Give this man a raise. He is doing the lords work for Ford Motor Co. I have to manage service for 10 trucks and any time I can bring them to Livermore Ford fleet services I know who to call. I purposefully go out of my way when there is closer options, just so I can deal with Louis. He always hooks me up with what I need in a timely matter and works with my scheduling requirements.
